Starting a Business: The Best Way to Learn About Investing
Well, I finished reading another great Rich Dad book - Rich Dad's Guide to Investing.
This book talks about the different types of investments out there and guides the reader to set their own investment strategy. The best investment for financial gain, increased education, and experience to research other investments is starting your own business. If you only read the chapter about the B-I Triangle, which tells you the key components to operating a successful business - you will be a step ahead of most entrepreuers.
Robert Kiyosaki covers the different investor types out there - accredited, qualified, sophisticated, inside, and ultimate. By starting and runing a business, you can become an inside investor, selling stock in your own company to private investors.
By running your business, you can anaylize financial statements of other businesses to determine if they are good investments. Whether the investment opps are IPO's, private companies, or publically traded stocks, the experience and knowledge that you will gain running a business will help you find great investments.
I highly recommend this book to current business owners so they can analyze their business in comparison to the B-I Triangle. I also recommend this book to young people wanting to make wise investment decisions and those interested in starting their own business. > Check it out here <
